Route Fix Summary - Genetic Algorithm Integration

🐛 Problem Identified

Error: NameError: name 'flash' is not defined

• The genetic_optimizer route was moved from genetic_algorithm.py to main.py
• The flash function was imported in genetic_algorithm.py but not in main.py
